Christie Wright, Ph.D., MBA, PMP
Founder, Wright Business Solutions
Christie Wright is a strategic operations executive and organizational consultant with 14+ years of enterprise execution experience spanning Fortune 500 program governance, nonprofit capacity building, and cross-sector leadership. She founded Wright Business Solutions to bring the same rigor, discipline, and systems thinking she applied at scale in corporate environments to mission-driven organizations that cannot afford to operate without them.
Dr. Wright governs complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with precision. She has managed programs up to $8.8M in scope, built governance frameworks adopted across entire organizations, and trained nonprofit leaders across the region in strategic planning and grant readiness. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human capital, and her clients leave with clarity, capacity, and systems that sustain results long after the engagement ends.

The Work Behind the Work
Dr. Wright's path started as a teen entrepreneur tutoring students, grew into academic consulting, and expanded into cross-sector strategy and capacity building. What has remained constant is a commitment to helping leaders and organizations operate at their highest level, with the tools, structure, and confidence to prove their impact.
She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in May 2025, adding scholarship to a practice already grounded in real-world execution. She holds a PMP, an MBA, and Advanced and Executive Leadership Certificates. This combination of academic excellence and hands-on enterprise experience allows her to translate complex problems into actionable plans and measurable results.
As a speaker and facilitator, Dr. Wright delivers keynotes, workshops, and cohort programs that are interactive and tool-rich. Audiences leave with templates, frameworks, and clear next steps, whether the goal is aligning a multi-year strategy, building a grant-ready infrastructure, or turning raw data into decisions that drive growth.
Beyond the work, Dr. Wright is grounded by her faith and her family. Serving with integrity and purpose shapes how she shows up for every client and every community she touches.

Phoenix
noun (in classical mythology) a unique bird that lived for five or six centuries in the Arabian desert, after this time burning itself on a funeral pyre and rising from the ashes with renewed youth to live through another cycle. A person or thing regarded as uniquely remarkable in some respect.
The phoenix does not merely survive. It rebuilds with intention, rises with purpose, and emerges stronger than what came before. That is the standard Dr. Wright holds for herself and for every organization she serves. No matter where you are starting from, the next chapter is always within reach.
